ARC, or “The Anti-Recidivism Coalition”, is a leading non-profit organization in Los Angeles that empowers formerly and currently incarcerated people to thrive by providing a variety of support services and opportunities to advocate for policy change. ARC was initially located at the Pershing Square Building in Downtown Los Angeles at 448 S Hill St. Their office presence was scattered having been bifurcated throughout the building as a result of growing incrementally over the course of multiple lease terms. They had continued growth plans and sought a new office space that encompassed their expansion needs while simultaneously emulating the culture of the organization and brand they wished to convey to the previously incarcerated individuals that they serviced.

Upon engaging The Pellow Office Team, Nathan and Nick adapted their representation process to fit with ARC’s strategy and business objectives. They were able to mold their specific needs as opposed to running a strict vendor centric process and were thus tasked with assisting ARC to analyze and secure their relocation options.

After thoroughly canvassing the Downtown Los Angeles office market for all opportunities on and off the market that fit ARC’s budgetary and operational needs, they were able to secure the ideal space at The ROW DTLA. Through Nathan and Nick’s knowledge of the market, they fostered a competitive environment that helped motivate the landlord into offering an acceptable discounted offer on a relocation space.
